What We’re Looking For:
- Lives in or near the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley or Coastal Los Angeles.
- Has at least 1 year of experience providing hands on care to individuals in need (children, adults, or older adults).
- Experience with caregiving, personal care, companion care, or roles such as Homecare Aide, DSP, Home Health Aide, or similar.
- Dependable, consistent, and someone families and clients can rely on.
- Experience with behavioral support or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required.
- Holds current CPR/First Aid certification, or is willing to obtain it.
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support with light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare simple meals and assist with nutrition needs
- Provide catheter care assistance as directed in the care plan
- Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the shift
- Support mobility and positioning as needed
- Report changes in condition to the care team or supervising nurse
